The summer holiday break is definitively over and very big challenges beckon for the citizens of this country. Time for our politicians to get down to serious work. The evident determination of Housing Minister Darragh O’Brien to deliver on the pledges unveiled last Thursday in his Housing For All blueprint is encouraging. But he warned that the disagreement could have very serious consequences for all future EU-UK relations if not resolved. All in all, this is a packed and serious agenda ahead and it’s time our politicians got serious about it.
