A pedestrian who was injured in a hit-and-run earlier this week in Co Kerry has died, gardaí said. The collision involving a car and a pedestrian occurred in the Tubrid More area of Ardfert on Monday, March 2, at approximately 9.20pm. The pedestrian, a man in his 30s, was conveyed to University Hospital Kerry with life-threatening injuries. They said a technical examination of the scene has been completed and they are now appealing for witnesses. "Gardaí are appealing to anyone with information regarding this incident to contact them," said a spokesman.
