Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after a moped rider was hospitalised in Ascot on Friday (September 1). A black Yamaha YP250 X-MAX was involved in a collision on Kings Ride at the junction with Brook Avenue at 9.55pm. The rider, a man in his thirties, suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment, where he remains at this time. “I would also like to know if anyone has any dash cam footage of the collision. “Get in touch by calling the 24-hour non-emergency number 101 or by making a report on our website, quoting reference number 43230392553.”
