WOLFEBORO —After a routine traffic stop on South Main Street, Wolfeboro police officers arrested Valerie Fonseca of Dover, 20, and charged her with drug possession and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. She was taken to Carroll County Jail and later released. She must appear in court on March 7 at 8 a.m.A passenger in the same vehicle, Lucas Jones of Alton, 20, was also taken into custody when it was discovered that there was a warrant for his arrest for failing to appear in court.
