Police are investigating a suspected murder of a 61-year-old woman whose body was found in her house in Kiminini, Bungoma County. Meanwhile, police are pursuing a group that lynched a man they claimed was stealing potatoes from a farm in the Olokurto area, Narok County. Police said mob lynching is criminal and want suspects to be surrendered to authorities for processing. The deceased David Sadera, 25 was accused of stealing Irish potatoes from a farm neighbouring his house. Police have warned those arrested over mob lynching will face serious charges including murder.
