“I’ll be a good friend to take care of you for not that much money,” Steele told the officer, according to the arrest affidavit. D.C. police are searching for additional children who they say may have been victimized by a woman charged with luring three boys to her apartment in Northeast Washington by offering them popcorn and ice cream and forcing them to perform sex acts. The arrest affidavit says Steele told police that “she was intoxicated on the day of the incident and does not recall” if she had sex with the victims. The arrest affidavit says she had lived at the apartment on Clay Place for a few months. There, the arrest affidavit says, she ordered the boys to engage in various sex acts.
