KUALA LUMPUR: An Indonesian woman was found drowned after she jumped into a lake at Lake Valley, Bandar Tun Hussein Onn in Cheras on Monday (March 9). The incident is believed to have occurred when she was attempting to flee from officials from her country's embassy. He said the search and rescue (SAR) operation initially used the water surface searching method before the Water Rescue Team (PPDA) took over. He also said that the SAR team included two representatives from the Indonesian embassy. Ahmad Mukhlis said the victim, in her 30s, was brought to the surface before being pronounced dead by a Health Ministry officer at the scene.
