Woman falls from rocks in ChaslandsA 25-year-old woman is being treated for head injuries after falling from rocks in Chaslands, in south Otago. A police media spokeswoman said the woman fell from rocks at McLean Falls at 5.25pm on Saturday. She suffered head injuries and was flown to hospital by helicopter. A St John spokeswoman said she was taken to Dunedin Hospital in a serious condition. A Fire and Emergency New Zealand spokesman said a crew assisted to retrieve the woman, who was about 30 minutes off a walking track on Rewcastle Rd.
