A woman from Canada was caught on camera swinging a puppy on its leash in a senseless road rage attack. Cellphone video shows two women fighting outside of their cars in Dartmouth, Halifax, when of them snatches the pet from another driver and begins hurling it round. The attack was so sudden and swift there was nothing the woman could do to protect her dog. 'The altercation started after two females in one vehicle confronted two females in the second vehicle regarding being cut off in a drive-thru,' Halifax police explained. The second video shows the more brutal attack on the defenseless pup as one of the drivers drags the dog with its lead wrapped around its neck.
