A 31-year-old Toronto woman was struck and killed after exiting her car on Hwy. Around 11:15 p.m., Ontario Provincial Police responded to reports of a two-vehicle collision in the westbound express lanes of Hwy. Police say they do not yet know why the woman was attempting to cross the highway. Express and collector lanes were both closed following the incident but have since reopened.
