The deceased is yet to be identifiedA 40-year-old woman has been killed after a private car hit her in front of Railway Employees Government Hospital under Dhaka's Shahbagh police station. A passerby rescued the woman and admitted her to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where she died while undergoing treatment around 9:45am. Later, she died while undergoing treatment at the hospital. Road accidents in Bangladesh is still one of the leading causes of deaths as 37,170 people were killed in 26,902 accidents across the country in the last five years.
