A pack of mongrel dogs mauled a woman to death at a home in Queensland on Tuesday morning. The woman suffered serious injuries to her head, chest and left arm. Maryborough Acting Inspector Wade Lee said initial investigations into the death suggest the incident was 'a very tragic accident'. The dogs have been removed from the Maryborough home by officers from the Fraser Coast Regional Council.
