KULAI: A woman and her eight-year-old nephew were killed in a road accident at Jalan Gunung Pulai here. Kulai OCPD Asst Comm Tan Seng Lee said police were alerted to the crash, involving a car and a motorcycle, at 5pm on Sunday (April 5). “The accident is believed to have occurred when the motorcyclist, a 32-year-old woman, lost control of the vehicle, causing it to skid into the opposite lane. A 54-year-old woman driving the car suffered minor injuries and is receiving treatment at Kulai Hospital. It is learnt that the victims were on their way home to Taman Perling from Kulai when the accident occurred.
