According to a video report shared by Onua TV on Facebook on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, and sighted by GhanaWeb, the woman, believed to be middle-aged, escaped an attempted attack by three unidentified men around midnight, based on her account. The report further added that she called for help, attracting passersby who alerted security operatives stationed in the area, which has been designated a high-security zone. In the video footage, the woman appeared frail and unkempt. Some military personnel were also seen attempting to replace the slab on the opened gutter.
