A woman who shoplifted four bottles of vodka worth €59 each had stolen the "good stuff", a court heard. Judge Michael Walsh said he would strike the case out, leaving her without a criminal record, if she made a €200 charity donation. She took four bottles of vodka and was stopped when she left without paying. CarerJudge Walsh remarked on the price and asked how much the vodka was per bottle. "Allegedly good stuff, judge," the sergeant said.
