Monrovia - A campaign aimed at educating Liberians on the importance of rule of law, ahead of the pending presidential run-off election in the country, has been launched by the Women Situation Room (WSR). Wureh, who reiterated that the Talking Bus campaign will be carried out on talk shows and local vernaculars as well. USAID Chief of Party and head of the LPAC project, Gerald Meyerman, hailed the Supreme Court’s opinion on the run-off election. Meyerman stressed the importance of the rule of law adding that it is cardinal in building any democracy. “Let every Liberian see the rule of law as very cardinal in building a democratic society,” said Meyerman, who also called on the media to see the need to work with the Women Situation Room in the promotion of the rule of law.
