From Tuesday companies can report their gender pay gap to a special portal for publication on a central pay gap website. “I believe this publicly available gender pay gap portal will encourage a larger number of employers to meet their legal obligation,” said the Minister. Carlien Scheele, director of the European Institute for Gender Equality, said she was “proud” to approve of the strategy.
