By Stephen NakrosisShares of electric-vehicle company Workhorse Group Inc. were lower Wednesday, after the company said it would exchange High Trail Capital's 4% senior secured convertible notes for about $29.7 million of Workhorse common stock. Workhorse said the transaction will eliminate the remaining debt from its balance sheet.
