National cricketer and mathematics teacher Harinder Sekhon was officially announced as the world record holder for highest single leg standing jump by Guinness World Records in May by hitting the height of 138.4cm. Harinder, who has just recently garnered two national records for the highest standing jump and most number of standing box jumps in one minute, credits his strenuous training and diet for his achievements. “My typical training would include 20 minutes of yoga in the morning and three hours of strength and jump training after work.
