PHOTO FROM THE GCFThus, in 2010 the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) agreed to form what would become the Green Climate Fund (GCF). I have long been highly skeptical of the GCF, which is, as they say, an unpopular opinion. This was the title: "Green Climate Fund Board approves new climate funding, bringing assets under management to USD40 billion." These new projects bring the total number of projects in the GCF portfolio to 200, accounting for $10.8 billion in GCF resources. We do not have time for this nonsense, and neither does the world at large.
