A man in his 20s has been stabbed to death with a teenager arrested on suspicion of murder. Police swarmed a street in Northern Moor, Wythenshawe with a cordon in place and two forensics tents spotted after they received reports of a injured man at around 11.35pm on Thursday night. Tragically the man was pronounced dead at the scene and he has now been named as Drew McCormick with tributes describing him as a "funny, loving, caring young man". A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: "Officers attended the scene and located a man in his 20s, who sadly died at the scene. A 19-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody for questioning."
