DSWD Undersecretary Florita Villar said the continuous implementation of its various promotive and protective programs highlighted the department’s accomplishments in 2018. Under this program, Villar said beneficiaries are given the option to take either the micro-enterprise development track, or the employment facilitation track. Villar said that for the coming 2019, the Department continues to be faithful to its mandate of empowering and serving the vulnerable sectors of society.
