It took a long, long time, but Rogers has finally done the right thing by replacing a damaged equipment box that was perpetually falling apart. But it had residual value for us, serving as a case in point for the lack of concern that telecom providers seem to have about the huge number of damaged boxes that go unrepaired. He emailed us Tuesday with good news, sending a photo that showed a new, heavy-gauge plastic box surrounding wires that provide local cable and TV service that had just been put up.
