The victim, 29-year-old Varnika Kundu, daughter of a bureaucrat, shared the entire ordeal of being chased by Vikas and his friend Ashish Kumar for hours on Friday night in a Facebook post. Vikas Barala and his friend Ashish Kumar were first arrested on Saturday. Questions were raised on Chandigarh Police for diluting the case as Vikas is Haryana state BJP chief's son. Chandigarh Police will produce Vikas and Ashish in the magistrate court today afternoon.
