Monrovia – A young Liberian, Mr. Vallai M. Dorley, was recently the proud recipient of another academic accolade. On December 6, 2019, this young Liberian academician graduated with his second master. He is presently enrolled at the University of Liberia’s Master’s Program studying Regional Development. He was admitted at the Georgia State University in the United States and did Public Management and Strategic Leadership. A year ago, this young Liberian scholar got another scholarship from the Korean government through the Young Ambassador and G20 full funded program to do his second Master’s degree.
