Police say a young man has died after a fall from a bridge over Highland Creek in Scarborough late Saturday night. Officers and paramedics arrived at the scene just after 11:30 p.m. to find an approximately 20-year-old man unconscious and not breathing. A friend was there with him. The victim was not transported to hospital, police said.
