National Assembly Majority Leader Kimani Ichung'wah has urged first-time governors not let 'your excellency' title get in their head. I want to plead to governors, especially the first time governors, when you get the term 'your excellency,' at times it tends to get in your head and you never listen to other leaders," he said on Monday. Ichung'wah urged the governors to emulate President William Ruto who he said was always listening before acting. He lauded Ruto on listening to governors opinions and not making decisions based on his word alone. "Very soon there might be trouble in a number of counties because of the attitude of some governors," he said.
