A former Senator who represented Kogi West Senatorial district of Kogi State in the eight Senate, Dino Melaye has felicitated Nigerians on the occasion of the Christmas and New Year celebrations as he called for tolerance of all shades of opinion. “The import of this day – every December 25 – cannot be lost on us. It’s for appreciating God’s mercy over us despite our sinful ways, His love, forgiveness, salvation, peace and charity, among other inexplicable benefits of Jesus’ birth. “Above all, let’s remain united as one people and one nation. “Happy Christmas to my people in Kogi West senatorial zone, all Kogites and Nigerians at large, wishing you all a prosperous New Year 2020,” he stated.
