SAN ANTONIO, Zambales—Local police arrested one of the most wanted persons in Albay on Thursday. Col. Romano Cardiño, provincial police director, identified the suspect as Pionel Boni, 28, who lives in Barangay Guinabon in Sta Cruz town in this province. ADVERTISEMENTJudge Ignacio Barcillano Jr. of Regional Trial Court, 5th Judicial Region Branch 13, City of Ligao, Albay, issued the arrest warrant in 2017 for statutory rape. He recommended no bail. Boni was brought to the Santa Cruz Municipal Police Station before being turned over to the Polangui police in Albay.
