The TV personality said that she showers twice a day - despite it causing her eczema to flare up - and brushes her teeth after every meal. But Zara went on to reveal that showering twice a day has been causing her skin condition to worse. And then now it's come back again, because I've been having two shower day again. Discussing the scan, Zara said: 'Daisy [Tomlinson, the sister of Zara's partner Louis] and I are going to get a full body MRI scan.
