The Ministry of External Affairs also said thebeing carried out would emerge, irrespective of the efforts Pakistan makes to conceal it. The intended message has been conveyed," said foreign ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup at a news conference on Thursday. China had extended its blocking of India's bid against Masood Azhar on technical grounds.Swarup also said India would formally engage China on reports of the blocking of a tributary of the Brahmaputra river.
