TalkSPORT commentator Russell Hargreaves has died aged 45, the channel has announced. The broadcaster wrote on their X profile: “We’re deeply saddened to tell you that Russell Hargreaves has passed away. He paid tribute to his colleague Hargreaves’ work ethic and ‘friendliness’. His friendliness made him a very approachable guy who will be much missed.”The Rugby Union Writers’ club said: “We are desperately saddened at the loss of our much loved colleague Russell Hargreaves. We send love to Rachel, his family and friends.”Former Arsenal footballer Adrian Clarke worked alongside Hargreaves for talkSPORT.
