The plains are likely to face dry conditions accompanied by fog and reduced visibility, while hilly regions may experience severe cold spells. Cold and dry weather affects daily life in multiple ways, but its impact on human health is of particular concern. Hydration and nutrition also play a crucial role in winter health. Using moisturizers and oils can protect the skin from dryness, while humidifying indoor air can reduce irritation caused by dry conditions. According to a study published in the International Journal of Research Studies in Education, 94% of mobile users in the United States suffer from nomophobia to some extent. According to doctors, nomophobia is often not recognized by people themselves, but rather manifests itself in the form of silent symptoms. Once again, the propaganda machinery of the despicable enemy has been activated, spreading fake and fabricated news and making absurd claims regarding the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran. While firmly and categorically rejecting these false and ridiculous allegations, I underscore that such disinformation campaigns are a desperate attempt by the enemy to compensate for its failures, failures it could not conceal after what it did not achieve during the 12-day war on the battlefield against the brave Iranian soldiers and commanders. Iranian soldiers and commanders stood courageously on the sacred soil of their beloved homeland. The wise, courageous, and steadfast Leader of Iran is the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, standing shoulder to shoulder with the resilient people and the vigilant security forces of the nation. Such professional responsibility is essential to preserving the credibility and distinguished standing of Pakistani journalism and media.
