CNN’s Sara Sidner reported on Thursday that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu tweeted out unequivocal, graphic evidence that Hamas gunmen had murdered and burned Israeli babies during their brutal attack on the south of the country that left some 1,200 dead – mostly civilians. The three photos that are being released show two babies whose bodies have been burned beyond recognition. “And no matter what, no finer point needs to be put on it, children were murdered, full stop, period,” added anchor Kate Bolduan. Shortly after, CNN showed one of the images tweeted by Netanyahu on-air but did not show the other two images of the babies’ bodies that had been burned.
