Speaking about the team’s recent deployment, the IGP recounted that when the officers arrived amid a crisis in Savannah, the President expressed immense satisfaction after viewing footage of their operations. “When I showed the video of your arrival in the Savannah, the President was full of praises,” he said. “To the extent that people asked themselves, is that the police or something from somewhere else?” he noted. When you were living there, people didn’t want you to leave,” the IGP said.
