A personal trainer who subjected four girlfriends to sadistic abuse has been jailed for three years. Michael McCash, 28, who provided fitness sessions for members of an alcohol and drugs self-help group, shouted “recovery is possible, change is possible” after his sentence was announced at Dundee sheriff court. His victims called him a modern-day Jekyll and Hyde who posed as a model citizen to disguise his “evil” nature.
