SUBIC, Zambales, Philippines — A drug suspect was killed and two others were arrested in a buy-bust operation here on Sunday, police said. Two other drug suspects, identified as Kaisar Jakaria and Eli Balani, were arrested when they attempted to block the operating team from entering Jalmaani’s house. Police said Nali managed to escape. Investigators recovered a .38-caliber revolver and two sachets containing suspected crystal meth, locally known as “shabu,” from Jalmaani’s house. (Editor: Alexander T.
