Hetty McKinnon’s ramen with charred scallions is big with my noodle-mad boys. I highly recommend serving Aaron Hutcherson’s sweet potato-cheddar croquettes as a cocktail snack, with Florence Fabricant’s rum Manhattan. I doubt I’ve made any recipe as many times as Julia Moskin’s gazpacho. The result: sautéed asparagus with soft-poached eggs and mashed potatoes.
