The accident occurred early on Thursday, reports UNB. The deceased are Abdul Hamid, 65, his wife Shahara Begum, 55 and their son Shafiqul Islam, 30. Kotwali model police station Officer-in-Charge Mahmudul Islam said a Mymensingh Medical College and Hospital-bound ambulance crashed into a roadside tree and overturned, leaving two people dead on the spot around 3am. Later, one of the injured was declared dead when taken to Mymensingh Medical College and Hospital.
