Firefighters are responding to a four-alarm fire at a row house complex on Northview Road in Nepean that has displaced as many as 70 people. Firefighters say the flames have affected four buildings and 42 residential units in the complex. I can only imagine what it's like to be standing here and watching your unit, your home, up in flames." Firefighters say the building is a row house attached by two garages. Ottawa firefighters are making progress with the 4-Alarm fire on Northview Road.
