Five in every 10 Kenyans think 2022 was either a bad or terrible year, the latest survey by Infotrak shows. The study findings released on December 31, 2022 showed that 28 percent found the year average while only 22 percent said it was good. The survey was conducted among 840 adults aged above 18 years in all 47 counties and eight regions of the country between December 21 and 22. Quantitative interviews were conducted through computer-assisted telephone interviews with a response rate of 94 percent with a margin of error +-3.4 percent. “The Eastern region, Rift valley region, and, Nairobi region feel that the year 2022 was just an average year not good or bad,” it states.
