The Libyan Telecom Holding Company is preparing to implement the agreement signed with the Ministries of Higher Education and Technical Education, which includes a monthly allowance worth 500 dinars per student. The agreement was signed in mid-November in Tripoli, in the presence of the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdel Hamid Dbeibah, on the sidelines of his meeting with youth and student activities. The Company confirmed that it will, through its companies, provide a special product for youth that includes a 50% reduction in services from the price of regular services in support of university students, institutes and technical colleges.
