The girl has been admitted to Cox's Bazar Sadar Hospital with severe injuries, said the hospital's doctor, Dr Nowshad Riyad. Separately, in Cox's Bazar Sadar upazila, a woman was allegedly raped after she arrived at a beach in order to meet her partner there on Thursday. Cox's Bazar Sadar police station OC, Munir Ul Gias, confirmed the matter to Dhaka Tribune. The woman has been admitted to the One Stop Crisis Centre of Cox's Bazar Sadar Hospital, OC Munir said.
