Vishvas - a poet and orator - had raised the flag of rebellion in May, attacking Kejirwal for his skepticism on voting machines in surgical strikes. Earlier, Vishvas had claimed a conspiracy to deny him one of the three Rajya Sabha seats that fall vacant in January. A party leader, loyal to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal said, "His meeting was his personal business, and not the party's business. No one has prevented him for using the party office, as we are a democratic party and he is a founding member. Vishvas also spoke about an AAP 2.0.
