In August 2017, Khawaja inaugurated the public complaint helpline 9110 in Sindh with an aim to address the complaints of the citizens. While addressing a press conference at Central Police Office (CPO), Khawaja said the helpline initiates an integrated system at the law enforcement agency to speedily address public complaints. “The system is interlinked with all divisions of the police across the province and intends to serve public,” he added.
