The Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has hailed the Supreme Court verdict upholding his election in the March 9 gubernatorial election in the State. Governor Abiodun appreciated the good people of Ogun State, the All Progressives Congress and indeed all other parties that have shown support and solidarity for his administration, despite fielding candidates in the same election. Also, the state chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has described the Supreme Court verdict that affirmed the victory of Prince Dapo Abiodun as a validation of the popular saying that “when God says yes, no man can say no”. This judgement is a further confirmation of the massive votes freely given to the Governor by the Ogun State electorate. Prince Dapo Abiodun’s emergence, from the Party primaries to the general elections have been coloured and surrounded by the Divinity of God.
