Katie Fanning, who posted a pre-lockdown snap with the “hero” Commons leader, has been suspended while they look into apparently sick remarks on her Facebook page. "Think we should send them back to their ­respective s**t holes to go act like animals outside civilised society.”Neither Mr Rees-Mogg nor Tory MP Andrew Bridgen, whom she was pictured with last year, endorse these views. A source said Mr Rees-Mogg did not know Fanning. A Conservative ­spokesman said: “Katie Fanning is suspended, pending the outcome of an ongoing investigation.”
