Due to the misinformation he received from the hospital on the status of his wife’s condition – who is being treated at the intensive care unit at Kuala Lumpur Hospital for Covid-19 – actor Badrol Shah is now accused of being an attention seeker. But the fact of the matter is Badrol, 39, himself is traumatised with being wrongly informed that his wife had died on Tuesday (Aug 10) when she had been in critical condition. As of the writing of this article, the doctors told Badrol that Farah Sheila Mazlan is still alive but is in critical condition. In today’s interview (Aug 12), Badrol told mStar: “I am truly traumatised by what had happened ... the first call I got on Tuesday I was told my wife had died, then at night I got another call informing me that she’s in critical condition. Nonetheless, the incident has distressed not only himself, but his children as well as his wife’s parents.
