Inter Services Public Relations Directorate (ISPR) in a press release on Wednesday said they have arrested several people from this army impersonator gang and has asked all concerned to report to the police if they are contacted by people calling with such offers. Since the Bangladesh Army has been deployed from Monday, ahead of the 11th parliamentary elections, impersonators have been taking advantage of the their presence in different areas by claiming to be high ranking members of the armed forces such as lieutenant colonels, the press release said.
