Arsenal have opened the way for Liverpool to bid for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain by telling the England midfielder he is no longer wanted at the Emirates Stadium. Oxlade-Chamberlain has informed Arsenal that he does not want to move to Chelsea despite the clubs agreeing a £35 million deal on Monday.
